- Free Evaluation Class: We offer two free evaluation classes with different teachers, allowing you to choose the one that best suits you or your child.
- Attendance: Lectures are done through our system, and each student has their own account on the Academy’s system.
- Course subscription: The student can choose the course subject and hours based on our plans.
- Payment and Scheduling: Monthly fees are paid in advance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Our website system calculates lessons, generates invoices, and facilitates easy payments. Please note that classes may be paused if fees are not paid on time.
- Refund: money back guarantee for the first 14 days “Terms & Conditions” Applied
- Payment Overdue: To maintain the quality of our services, EG Quran Academy reserves the right to suspend classes if payments are overdue by more than 14 days without a valid excuse.
- Referral Reward: If you recommend us to someone who enrolls in our academy, you will receive free hours on your current course once your referral begins their classes.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a class, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email to be eligible for a makeup class,
To ensure our students get the best value from their courses, we have a maximum number of allowed cancellations per course. - Absenteeism: If a student misses a class without providing at least 2 hours notice (except in emergencies), the absence will be noted, No makeup class will be offered.
- Lateness: If a teacher arrives late to class, they are obligated to provide the full class duration to the student. However, if the student arrives late, the teacher will only provide the remaining time of the scheduled class.
- Long-Term Absence: EG Quran Academy reserves the right to cancel classes if a student is absent for more than two weeks without notice.
- Privacy and Security: Never share your contact information or discuss payment details with any teacher. If a teacher asks for any personal contact information, please leave the class immediately and report the incident to our support team via WhatsApp, Legalaction will be taken against the teacher as this is a violation of our terms.
- Teacher Changes: We provide teacher changes upon student request. We also reserve the right to change teachers when it’s necessary to maintain the quality of instruction, after student agreement.
- Communication Guidelines: Please refrain from discussing payments or contact details with teachers to avoid any potential issues.
- Policy Revisions: EG Quran Academy may revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated on our website.
- Applicability: These friendly Terms of Service (TOS) and Refund Policy apply to all students at EG-Quran Academy.
